Shipping Timeline: The estimated delivery time will be 3-5 business days for standard
shipping typically starts once the payment has been received.
Local clients are welcome to call us at +1 548-388-2558/519-701-0970 to arrange pick-up.
Before you arrive, please check the status of your order online or give us a call to find out the
pick-up time. If you have an urgent request or a specific shipping preference, please call and let
us know. We will try our best to fulfill your request.

Orders will be canceled and restocked with a 10% restocking fee (minimum charge is $25) if
they are not picked up within 12 days of being notified that they are ready for pickup. In order for
our customer representatives to contact you, when necessary, it is the customer’s responsibility
to make sure the contact details on the account or order are current.

Return & Refund Policy

JR Kreations Inc accepts returns solely for product defects or sizing discrepancies prior to any
decoration of the items. For returns due to other reasons, please adhere to the guidelines
outlined below. Please be aware that we do not accept returns on samples under any
circumstances.

It is important to note that all exchanges are treated as returns. To obtain the items you require,
please place a new order online, and we will process your refund once the returned items have
successfully passed inspection.

Step 1: Verify Return Eligibility and Review the Terms
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
In Original Condition: Clothing that has been washed, adorned, or altered will not be accepted.
JR Creations Inc. reserves the right to reject any illegal returns.
Submit Return request within 30 Days of Original Purchase: You have 30 days from the date of
receiving your merchandise to request a return.
In Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must retain all original
tags. A receipt as proof of purchase is also required.
Product Must Have a Defect or Sizing Issue: All returns must pertain to the condition of the
product.

Step 2: Submit Return Request to info
In your email, please include the reasons of return, If the items are being returned due to
defects, kindly attach photographs that clearly show the location of the flaws.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the expenses associated with return
shipping. Return Assessment by Customer Support Team
After the returns arrive at JR Creations, the customer support team will inspect the returned
item(s). If the items are not in their original state, JR Kreations Inc maintains the right to deny
the return. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Step 3: Refund Initiation
After the returned item(s) receive approval, a refund will be initiated to the original payment
method.
